What is the best rap/hiphop producing country if you don't include the USA
 

This question just came to my mind. It would be nice to here your opinions. I'm from Finland myself, so I know some good artists from there. But it might be a bit biased to claim it as best rap country:laughing:

Sweden and France also come to my mind of countries that have produced great tracks.
