Default How come ne yo fell off in sales

He went from being on of the top sellers in R&B to having his latest album barely make billboard 200. How come he fell off?

His last greatest hits were around 2014-2015. "Time of Our Lives" with Pitbull and "She Knows" with Juicy J. It's been minimum 6 years since those songs, and that's a lot of time for his audience to not be there anymore. Also the marketing for the album might not be that much to get that audience back.

Perhaps he just isn't "the one" anymore?

I'll groan for all of you...
