Get some Dub Incorporation down you and if you like commercial stuff try the German band Seeed (yes it is three 'E's).

As soon I've finished converting all my CDs to MP3 (and believe me, it's gonna take a while) I'll give them a go, along with your other recommendations. Thanks again man

Tell me about it. I have about 130 gigs on my HD and still need to convert approx 700 C.D's. BTW what ripping program do you use? WMP is crap for ripping and I hate I tunes...

iTunes unfortunately. It' slows down my computer whenever I use it (though that's probably one of those Vista quirks we all know and love), miles better than the tackiness that is WMP though.

I adore Matisyahu, his voice is so versatile, and powerful, and despite his openly religious views, does not come across as preachy (mostly) or condescending. More importantly, his live album is one of the few live albums I chose to buy. It is phenomenal.

One of my favourite reggae performers (alongside Damian Marley and Chubb Rock.)

He seems like a great artist but I've only heard him beat box and the song King Without a Crown. He's cool though.

I heard a lot of his new stuff when I saw him back in June (I'm actually wearing the shirt I purchased at the show right now) and I liked it. I've been meaning to check out when the release date is, thanks for reminding me that it's out.

I've been so out of the loop when it comes tothis guy. It's been a good 3 years since I've had a good hard listen to anything he's done. I think Live at Stubby's was the album that captivated me back then. Time to revisit him for sure.
