Going to a Reel Big Fish and Streetlight Manifesto concert
and two other bands but those two dont really matter. I amso pumped, Reel Big Fish has some great songs and covers and Streetlight Manifesto which is one of the best Ska bands around. Is there anything special about Ska Punk concerts I should watch for (I have been to only three concerts, one was Weird Al, the other two were metal shows)? Any one else planning to see them as well?

I hate you.
Skank. A lot. |
Hmm I was hoping to go into the pit.
There is a pit there, right? |
It's R.B.F.
Of course there's a pit. Lol....not like the pits you'll be accustomed to, I imagine. |
Skank your ass off!!!
You'll know what I'm talking about when you get there horns sound AWESOME in small venues girls with backpacks usually have a change of clothes with them, try to pick those ones up |
Heh, awesome. I'll remember that when I'm there. ;)
|
my friend and i are seeing this tour on december 3rd. it's gonna be awesome.

I saw that show in Charlotte on Nov. 28 and it was so great. Yeah there is a pit. Not like a hardcore bit or anything though. The second, Suburban Legends isn't that bad. I like their song Bright SPring Morning. When they played in Charlotte Streetlight's set wasn't very long though and that was sad :[ they also didn't play We Are the Few, and that was the first song I had ever heard from them and I was looking forward to it. Reel Big Fish was pretty much kick ass.
Have fun! |
**** all you people that get to go to shows.
I hate you. |
I forgot to report about the show. It was sweetness, I haven't heard Suberban Legends before but I thought they were good, the second band...not so much. Streetlight was awesome, the only thing I didn't like was how they didn't play Failing, Flailing. :( but thats ok the rest was awesome. Reel Big Fish was good. They play everysong from Turn the Radio off track by track. What was funny was they did SR over and over again in like a billion different styles. It was nice. Overal solid concert, I just hope next time it will be at a different venue cause the one I went to kinda sucked.

no Less Than Jake on the bill? I know they sometimes tour together. I saw 311, Reel Big Fish, and Less Than Jake together last year. It was da balls.
|
I think that if they put Reel Big Fish, Streetlight Manifesto, and Less Than Jake on the same tour I'd have aneurysm from the awesomeness.
