My friend from New Zealand turned me on to this group of Kiwi's. They are now my favorite Reggae band still around. Give a listen and tell me what you think.

I don't really know anything about this although I hate the play on words that is their band name. I will check them out and let you know.

They started out as a Bob Marley tribute band back in New Zealand.

That is good shit. Nice roots vibe with the horns. I reckon Satchmo will like these too. I will have to get some of that stuff. Give Dubmatix a try. you may well like them:

Yeah, Katchafire is a pretty sweet band. I'm not greatly into reggae (yet), but I hear a lot of their music since they're a NZ band.
