I've heard some of those you mentioned and I don't think they're all better than bob and the wailers. I saw black uhuru liven and didn't enjoy it as much as the time I saw Damian marley sing "could you be loved".

depends on which phase of Black Uhuru you're talking about....

personally i prefer their proto-raggaa phase (Anthem album)

probably back into their "roots reggae" phase, which is only fairly decent (to me, at least, some people love that era)
