My God, I have neglected this genre. I know this is a bit of a vague thing to ask, but can anyone post some great reggae music that just blows you away? I still have that idiotic mentality that reggae sounds too similar. Someone please prove my stupid brain wrong.

(By the way, this is my first post in the Reggae/Ska forum

Hi, do you mean Cap Down from Milton Keynes? And did New York Jazz Ska esamble play at Bedford River Festival last year? I ask because I from that area.

Yeah try real big fish, but I would agree that street light are unique with in the genre. You should also check out New Groove Formation they take the old style and bring it up to date. I caught them in London with Neville Staples excellent live band. A couple of ladies on the horns as well which was nice to see.

I just recently discovered Sister Nancy from a what in your bag slits video where they interviewed ari up. Whats more music like sister nancy? I loooove her music but I know next to nothing about reggae.
