Default i wanna know some more ska bands!

Hello everyone! i like punk,heavy and emo but I also love ska! but i only know a few decent bands(catch 22,streetlight manifesto and mad caddiesa, etc) AND I WOUD LIKE TO KNOW MORE if u want to help me tell me the band name and a few good songs please thanks!!!

they are breaking up soon but they came out of my home town and were very good. raging hormones. Kansas rules with ska.

Probably the best list I've seen on this site period. But, I think 69dawg is mainly into third-wave

Sounds like you would enjoy 3rd wave more, you could try

Voodoo Glow Skulls
The Hippos
Operation Ivy (Some good Ska-Punk)
Big D & The Kids Table

But if ya wanna get into some more traditional ska, get some of what RazorsInTheNight suggested.

Five Iron Frenzy are brilliant,
And you should get some Ska Tokyo Paradise Orchestra stuff too.

Maybe explore your local ska scene.

I voted for kodos, Longshot hero, The Untouchables, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Less Than Jake, Five Iron Frenzy, Supertones, Skeletones,The Toasters, Reel Big Fish, Rx Bandits, Kings of no Good, Homegrown, **** just check out: http://www.billtanner.net/ska/skabands.html for a huge list of totally awesome ska bands.
