I got this strange feeling if you cant find any body else that listens to ska in Palm Beach then your not looking very hard.

As uninspired as this may sound, use the web. I'm sure there are some blog/myspace networks where you can obtain info on upcoming shows. This is something even I have done in my small town, that is, if I do not here about something from friends or read fliers/ads. Check venue websites. Once you find shows, you can easily be more active in your 'scene.'

Hey...I'm actually from Coral Springs, but I go to school in NY. I know lots of the bands in the scene down there...you can check out csteens.com, Slammie.com, PompanoIndoorSkatepark.com, and SolidSoundStudiosInc.com. Hope thats helpful. I'm all for supporting the local scene.

...in fact, there is a show this Friday at PIS with Anna Lies (the guys from Bum Ruckus) and A Joint effort. You should check it out.
