Default RIP The godfather of ska

I found out today that the legendary Laurel Aitken died of a heart attack. For those of you who are unaware Laurel Aitken was one of the first established ska artists, the first to put out a record on Island records, and all around ska legend. This ones for you Laurel, for you I shall always have a little boogie in my bones.

http://clubska.com/ has some info but not much. Details are kind of sparse.

I am now listening to streets of glory.

Well I was having a good day up to this point. This is depressing news. I'm a big fan of Laurel Aitken.
