**** if I know. I was just asking if anyone had heard of them.. Seeing as how theyre called MephiSKApheles... well, you know... I thought it might be obvious. They have elements of punk, but no much. Mostly a ska-jazz-punk vibe going on. Oh, and they're Satanic.

Man I haven't heard anyone mention these guys in ages. I never got into them myself but I had some friends in college who dug them. I'm pretty sure they'd be considered third wave. Here's one of their videos for anyone who's wondering what they sound like:

I saw them a few years and at that time they were pretty straight-forward ska-core, and yeah, definitely satanic.

I remember seeing Mephiskapheles at the HOB in New Orleans back in 96 or so.

They only came out with three that I know of.

i have God Bless Satan album and it's not bad, Doomsday is def one of my faves though.

reminds me of the song Madness - One Step Beyond

Really an amazing band that does not get enough attention. My personal favorite third wave ska band.
