I don't agree with the original post ratings at all, if anything, i would have reluctanty given The Stills album a 7 or 6 and the rest below five.
Sweet jane- i agree with joy division and bright eyes, not so sure about QOTSA or badly drawn boy. And what about "Daydream nation" (question also asked to molasses)?
ah molasses, you forget to mention "Bleach", the only quitessential nirvana album in my book. and "Room on Fire" is better than "Is This It".

^ Fair point, Daydream Nation would be on it... if I owned it on cd. The thread topic is about the cds you own dude. And that Badly Drawn Boy, in my opinion was 'the' most perfectly composed album I'd heard in a long time. It totally flows flawlessly, as far as albums go, I wouldn't hesistate on giving it full marks. Rated R was just a good album, I'm not quite as passionate on the track order or anything.

Well DUDE, my point being that you should get daydream nation if you don't have it. Sorry I just don't like being called "dude" especially when I don't hear "cowabunga" after the word or considering that I'm not on a surfboard.

Jeez, no need to be so pedantic, its an expression I use, when typing, which originated as a piss take. I do not generally use it when trying to cause an argument. I did not come here looking for one, I will write the way I always write, try not to take it personally.

And I do have daydream nation, but not on cd.
