Kalmah (metal, genre, albums, fan, band)

Who here is into Kalmah? They are a finnish melodic death metal band. They've released 5 albums so far and are a kickass band; one of my favorites. Go to youtube and listen to their song HADES. One of the best songs ever composed.

Kalmah are good, but melodeath bores me to death sometimes. I can only listen to it one album at a time.

Haha, that's the exact same case with me. Its kind of ironic that a genre that developed because it wanted to push the boundaries of death metal has remained the same for the last 10 years.

I'm typically not a fan of melodeath but I like Kalmah to some degree. They Will Return is a really good album. In fact I'd wager that its one of the best albums in all of melodeath history, although way underappreciated. Sadly they've never managed to recapture that album.

Same as every melodeath band. But, they're pretty decent.
