New Metal

I think this is by far the best type of music out nowadays all the rest is no comparison. Once you start listening to metal then you will never be able to listen to another type of music and not think to yourself that it is just to soft.

Actually, I detest listening to metal in large doses. It gets boring and repeatitive. I prefer to try to listen to a large range of music as to not be bored with the rubish that keeps blaring out of my speakers.

Maybe if you open your ears you could tell the difference JACKASSj/k

There ae alot of different bands with completely different sounds for example: Kittie, Slipknot, Korn, System of a Down. I'm not talkin about just wail on the instruments as loud and as fast as you can metal I'm talkin about all kinds of Metal.

i get that but it still gets boring just as any other one genre would... for instance, i wouldnt want to listen to just classic rock (i know) for more than an a hour straight

lysolyardy 12-11-2005 07:26 PM

That makes sense but what I'm saying is there are so many types of metal that it is hard to get bored of it.

pastor of muppets 12-11-2005 07:28 PM

^ yeah i understand that but by the same token, id still like some more variety than death metal, thrash metal, black metal etc...

mosesandtherubberducky 12-11-2005 07:31 PM

Thats why I try to explore more than one genre in a day. Mr. lysolyardy you need to expand your musical likings.
