It's not bad compared to some of the stuff I've heard. But it's still background music at best.

I could definitely get into that. Is that considered post-rock? it's fairly similar to some other stuff I already listen to and it's not considered post-rock.

Yup that's post-rock with some elements of emo. You should definitely get their album - Pneuma. It's one of my favourites. I have some other good post-rock recs if you're interested further. But these guys are definitely amazing.

I really like Attack! Attack! actually, I thought their first album was pretty much ****. But I've really taken a liking to their latest release, they do some really cool things on it.



It's nothing too epic, but I like it.

This description of Attack Attack! is basically why I don't like them:
Auto-Tuned emo vocals, synchronized headbanging, puzzlingly bad miming, haircuts that would cause even Josh from the Horrors to raise an eyebrow and chart-trance interludes
