When i say greatest vocalist i dont mean greatest frontman or anything....i truly mean which 3 vocalists in metal do you think have the best voice....

Russel allan - Symphony X

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get my hands on one of their albums. But I'll say the album is awesome in advance . I have however heard the Crimson King song and it's great. I mean Blind Guardian + Iced Earth is sex for ears.
