Wait, what? Haha.

TyrantSong 09-24-2009 10:35 PM

Um. I was just saying, while SSTB is odd and dark and such, it holds my favorite song, which will always trump the other albums.

Arya Stark 09-24-2009 10:39 PM

I love dark. That's what I'm saying. Haha.

TyrantSong 09-24-2009 10:44 PM

Oh! Well then.

Um. Explains why you like FFTTEOM then!

Arya Stark 09-24-2009 10:46 PM

Now we're on the same page. Hahaha.

TyrantSong 09-24-2009 10:48 PM

Shhh, I'm slow.

So does anyone here research the "Story"?

Arya Stark 09-24-2009 10:50 PM

What's that?

TyrantSong 09-24-2009 10:53 PM

To add depth to Coheed, all the songs, and albums, are based off a story/graphic novel written by the frontman Claudio.

Arya Stark 09-24-2009 10:56 PM

No way.

I didn't even know that, I have to read it.

TyrantSong 09-24-2009 11:00 PM

That's the problem.

It's our job as the fans to interpret it all.

Like,
SSTB is the very beginning.
IKSSE3 is actually at the end
FFTTEOM takes you out of the story and puts you in the place of the Writer. the man writing the story, and you find out how his tormented mind works. Also he appears in the story.
NWFT is the end end.

And then Bag.On.Line adventures (The upcoming album) is the final and is the prequel to them all.

I'll start going in depth with it all tomorrow or something, if you don't care to research on your own.

And so you know, as far as the story goes, the characters Coheed and Cambria are dead since 3/4's of the way through SSTB.
