Regardless, you're supporting his sloppiness by trying to justify it using his drug use. Real friends don't do that kind of thing, they try to help them with it.

Get your **** straight dude.

And lets hear a link to some of your playing that equals Page at his wasted sloppiest?

You pick up an instrument, blow some gibberish, and proclaim yourself "a player".

But yet you have your soapbox here. Have at it mate.

(grrrrrr.... not sure how you got me so mad)
Quoted just to keep it on the top page.

Did not see this edit. I am a player, get over it sonny. The "let's see you do it" argument is so weak dude, I expected better of you. That's not to mention that I don't think I'm better than Page just because he's not my favourite guitarist. Hell, I like him but he's far from the best.

Anyway, here's a solo that I like better than any of Page's. Recorded while falling down drunk.

Suck it

You should try composing. The whole improv crap works to your "gig" and all of your "albums", but it ain't letting your talents shine.

I never hear a solo in that incoherent jam you posted BTW. Terrible. I feel bad for that guitar.

You're clearly a little bit upset so you're not thinking clearly. There is only one instrument playing. Solo.

Variations for Piano was a bit interesting. For the first 30 seconds. Then it was just the same monotonous crap dragging on forever. Write something interesting for crying out loud.

Coming from a Marillion and Steve Wilson fan I'm pretty sure that 'write something interesting' is a compliment.

Anyway the let's see you do it argument is lame man. Page is good but ffs he's very sloppy. I'm sorry if my opinion hurts your feelings.
