What's your favorite Punk band?
 

I only know a few, but right now my favorite punk band has to be Anti-Flag. I just purchased their new CD the Terror State and it's really good. My opinion isn't that fair, though, because I barely know too much about punk music. ;)

I kept trying to remember the Descendants last night for some reason. I was like Milo Goes to College Milo Goes to College Milo Goes to College. Couldn't remember their name. What a record though.

Can I get the textbook definition of "punk band" because the way I see it this guy listed a Rock band as his favorite "punk band". So, I am confused.

Oh, so they are both a punk and a rock band. That still doesn't explain what exactly qualifies bands to fit into those categories though.

Today I'm big on Rose Tattoo, which isn't really punk I suppose, but feels punk enough to me in a Beats the Bastards kind of way.



Once upon a time I was big on Poison Idea, FEAR, Inepsy, White Lung, Post Regiment, Government Warning, Night Birds, Condominium, Nightstick Justice, Natural Law, Wasted Time etc etc.

His favorite punk band is Madball.

When I told him Blink 182 wasn't real punk, he tried to pay a mod to get me banned.

Did the same to me! But it was with Sum 41. He loves them like you wouldn't believe, heard he has the LP's of all their albums framed on his bathroom wall.

Also Sick of it All has a good album that recently came out.

Haven't heard it but hell yeah Sick of It All. Death to Tyrants is an easy top 10 punk album.
