Glasgow Drive

I didn't know exactly where to put this, but it's here because people would get genre anal if I had put it in the emo/hardcore forum.

So...Glasgow Drive. I saw them play and hung out with them a few weeks ago. (the "Burnin' since Auschwitz" quote was me and a bunch of other guys screwing around with their merch price list....hahaha) They put on a really good show. They kinda mix elements of prog, experimental, emo, metal....quite a few things, and it turns out pretty well I think. Definitely a band that has potential to go somewhere.

Pretty good. One of the guys in the band posts on the Fall of Troy boards. Pretty cool kid, and good band.

I was listening to them earlier, and I thought...It's pretty amazing how advanced some of the elements of their music are, seeing as these guys are all 17 and younger. It amazes me that these guys aren't more popular than they are...and how many bands there are with so much less talent that are selling millions of albums. These kids are amazing, easily one of the best bands in the San Diego underground scene...
