Who else is going/wants to go?! Should be an awesome festival. Already confirmed are:

Bullet For My Valentine
The Prodigy

AND METALLICA!!!!

I want to go. Mainly cause I was meant to go last year then denied it at last minute... Guess it depends on who else is playing, its hella weird to see Bullet getting such a high mention though, not long ago I saw them in a pretty small venue and they didnt even sell out.

If a weekend ticket costs me no more than £150, Im going. Then the rest of the costs we can split anyway. <Sigh> I wish I had more money

lol! Yeah...Ive gota go this year, coz I missed out on the chance to see Metallica when they played the last two times...so im determined to go this year...no matter the cost

Go to Reading. Better bill, better atmosphere, better view. And cheaper than £150 as well.

Im hoping to. That depends more on if I can get there though, whereas I can get to downlaod just by tagging along with other people. If I can manage Reading, Ill take that over Download without even blinking an eyelid.

the tickets ive seen for reading are like £168 for a weekend camping. still not too bad. muse and strokes are already signed up.

It was set up a couple of years back as the new look Monsters of Rock festival at Donnington racetrack basically. Kinda like an even more corporate Ozzfest.
