this should be interesting, your festival should include

four main stage acts

eight small stage acts

Local Stage for local artists in your area

The Club (for all hip/hop, dance, and techno music)

Alternatives (for all left out acts)

Wankfest 06- Festival for all Technical Metal Artists

Main:
Dream Theater
Symphony X
Yngwie Malmsteen
Opeth

Small stage:
Nile
Meshuggah
Necrophagist
Atheist
Between the Buried and Me
Dragonforce
Rhapsody
Cryptopsy

Local Stage:Not sure, but I guess any band that is seemingly technical.

The Club:
Electronica Prog Stuff, some Aphex twin and others.

Alternatives:Gamma Ray, Dying Fetus, Hypocrisy, Decapitated, At the Gates, The Red Chord, Job For a Cowboy.

This is both me and InvokeTheDarkAge's idea, but I just came up with the list for the thread. Its rather messy right now but that is a general view for me.
