I just hate everything screamo stands for, I hate how they dress, I hate how they sound like a punk band with whiney screams.

Well they do have a handful of songs that are more rock-ish without any screaming, but I guess that's why I like the genre lol...emo singing voices + screaming.

But really how are they similar to Motley Crue?

They scream, have mild breakdowns, I guess those are the only real differences.
