ive never been into RHCP. i dont know what is because i do like quite a few songs they've done. but theres just something about them that irritates me.

Check into it, because honestly, they are getting to that "U2" level of recognition though I think will less mindless fanfare. There a good rock band, like all old bands, their not going crazy with experimentation, but this new song I've mentioned has a nice refrain, a hendrix/young-esque solo and doesn't have moronic words.

In their time Chilli peppers took risks. Its hard to be too inventive today, no ones every completly original, but if you're playing funk music when no one else is playing funk music, you're in the business for the right reasons. Im not a super fan, but they have my respect and except for "breaking the girl", I rarely turn off their music.

lol- I can't stand "breaking the girl" either. Didn't it get into their Greatest hits as well?

I'm pretty sure most people would love them, i only have 1 cd thouygh and that is californication my favourite soung californication would be dont know why i just like it:O

I like their middle and later stuff. I didn't mind the early funk music they made but I far prefer albums like Californication, By The Way and BSSM to the albums of the pre 90's.

Fans look at just the surface of this group while I and others know the truth of what they are about. The lead singer has brutalized and tortured people, stuck heroine into 300 girls arms while molesting them, kneels down to worship Satan everyday. On his subliminal tracks are chants and slogans telling the fans "Go f__k yourselves and die". He tried to murder his mother and used red paint to thrash his sister's place once in one of his crazy days painting a swastica on the wall. There is a police report that he threw the red paint at his sister Dani. He does butt s_x online through the internet sometimes that is there are people who or men who do online sex with him as well while he chants about lesbians and cruelly downs people on his record. He's a major hypocrite first hating Bush and although he voted for him and supports his fun war. He chanted on his record in the subliminals "Al Quaida is cool. you all deserved it" then he laughed. Then he said "I hate Jews as well". He beat up this girl real bad as well a girl he met at the beach and tried to kill her. If you even read his book you will see the way he treats women. One of the worst sadists around. How could women even buy into his hate for them! I met one of the writers who first started him off and he told me the scoop from hanging with him. The writer worked for some Rock Publications and said that Anthony actually bows down to Satan and prays for the end of the Population and for his fans to commit suicide. He wrote about it when he sang "This is the place where the devil goes and you can't state your case". He meant himself. He told him that he hated all his fans and they bother him, bug him, and he has sex with animals and men. Not to down people's sexual preference but why be such a fake in front of people? He was tatood with a swastica on his upper thigh area as well. HE got hep C and went around trying to pass it on to all kinds of people. I know alot of people who used subliminals or backwards play on their CDs but not like this a__hole band. Guns and Roses did it on "Use Your Illusion" and just used live sex recordings. Jimi Hendrix did it in another way with earphone sounds recorded on "Purple Haze" where they took the earphones of music and held them up to the microphone and moved the sound for backgrounds in and out to get an echo effect. There are lots of people who use subliminals to try to make their albums sell or so they think. RHCP is telling everyone "go f__k yourselves, die America, support Nazism, Al qaida you are our god" and more. I'm trashing everything I own by them. These guys are psycho heroine maniacs, biggots, and should be trashed by their label for good and a bar put on their cds.
