Default Greatest Concept Album ever?????

mine would have to be "Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid" by Bob Dylan. This was the album from which "Knockin on Heaven's Door" came. I know if you've heard the album you might most likely say it all sounds the same. To me that's what Bob wanted the album to be. one long track, as some concept albums can be. most concepts chanbe because the artist doesn't want the idea to get old. Queensryche are probably one of the most successful concept albumiers. Operation Mindcrime blew me away the first time i heard it.The above mentioned , was a soundtrack for a movie starring Kris Kristofferson. Great Movie, too.

What makes Dark Side of The Moon a concept album ? Everybody calls it one yet I don't see any central theme around it , it just seems a random collection of songs to me. To me Primal Scream's Screamadelica has more of a central concept yet nobody ever calls that a concept album.

I'm sure there's a Pink Floyd fanboy around who can put me straight on this
