There is a song by Breathe In, I can't remember the name of it but I have the CD-(it would be track 5) The other song by them would be Doppler Effect.

"Hungry Homeless Handjob" by Agoraphobic Nosebleed. With the bass cranked up in a car with a decent stereo, this is heaviest song ever.

im no expert but i remember hearing chainsaw guts **** by mayhem a few years back
i think that fills the criteria for anger and heaviness
