Devin Townsend at age 24 just after touring with Steve Vai and becoming disillusioned by what he saw in the music industry. The album as a whole was shit but this song was a great example of what was about to come.

Wow I've never seen Townsend with hair growing from the top of his head.
I always thought that was their best album but I guess I need to own up to the fact that I don't like SYL much.

Angry/Heavy is so subjective but Steve Austin in Today is the Day is what does it for me. I can't place why exactly - it just feels real

I think "Y'all want a single" by Korn is one of the angriest songs i have heard, those guys we're really pissed off by their record company.

Early ISIS sounded really pissed off. Mosquito Control and Red Sea reminds me a lot of Converge...who's screamer could pretty much out scream anybody.
