KoRn or Disturbed?
 

These are probably to of my favourite metal bands, and the two that I know the best. Which do you guys prefer?

oooooohhhhhh god = tough call...... i love Distrurbed but ive like more of Korns stuff so i guess korn ;)

Disturbed...just cuz Prayer is such ana amzing song...but i will admit that korn has more songs in general that i like...just none that i love

I don't know anything about Disturbed, so I cannot be a fair judge. I like most of what I hear from KoRn, though. They seem to have a very distinct sound to their music.

I like Disturbed way better ..Korns old stuff was ok, but their new stuff, in my opinion, is horrible... But I dont like either band that much really.

It seems all their(Korn) songs have heavy distortion and they play bar chords only...which is not difficult at all. They are ok, but i think Disturbed is much better...they put more into it.

I hate both.

Overall I think that although KoRn has more albums and songs to listen too, and are better known, Disturbed is better.
To me the difference is the raw energy that you can hear in a lot of Disturbed's songs, vs. how KoRn's sometimes have that feeling, but are also a lot of the time just depressing, or almost disappointed sounding.

but the best metal band is Slayer

I like both bands, but I was way into Korn before Disturbed. Disturbed's first album was awesome, but they can't top Korn's self titled album IMO. You can't beat songs like ***et, Divine, Ball Tongue, Daddy, Clown, and Shoots and Ladders. Korn was an influence on Disturbed's music. David, is a better singer than Johnathan IMO, but I still have to go with Korn.
