Default Best singer of all time

I think there are a lot of great singers in the world but my personal favorite would probably either be robert plant or freddie mercury

Mercury probably had the most talent out of any front man. No one was as proficent as he was at the instruments they played. I mean, being classically trained (honestly, not the fake CT) at anything means your rather skilled. He also played the guitar with a fair amount of ability and his vocals are really octive spanning. If there are better singers, there not better by much.

Aside from him, Im rather fond of Maynard and Chris Cornell. Also, whether you like them or not, to deny Axl and Amy Lee is to be dishonest. They sing...sing...rather well.

Sticking to rock I'd have to say Cornell or Jeff Buckley. From other genres, LeAnn Rimes, Tom Waits, Cara Dillon (Irish folk singer), etc etc... the list is endless.

Wow I didn't think anyone else listened to Tom Waits here . Yes, his voice is beyond awesome.
