Hmm sorry but thats just not my cup of tea. Sounds just a little too messy with way too many tempo changes. 3/10

8/10

Not my favourite Opeth song but everything they do is pretty much amazing so it's hard to hate on it.

Anyhow here's this one:

I've never heard these guys. They sound Canadian. They've got a lot of old-school influence. But they're not a total old-school rip off. The lyrics are hilariously typical. Pissed off. Leave me alone. I will destroy you. The old metal formula stays true. Alright 2:50, lets hear some lead. Come on, you can do better. There better be more to it than this, if its 9 minutes long. Fade out at 4? Okay, what's happening? Is that it? Huh.

5/10

Try out some of this Italian Death Metal.

I've been aware of Exodus since I was a kid. I never gave them a listen, though. Yeah. These guys obviously came from the old school. These guys are definitely fans of the 4-4 set up. The intro seemed a little dragged-on. Pretty standard stuff from veterans of the early days. Not bad. Pretty good guitar work on the lead. 7/10

Gojira absolutely kick ass. From Mars To Sirius is one brilliant album. 8/10

Prong are such an influential band with their clean, angular riffs. This track is gobsmacking.

Really? I guess that you have heard far too many bands that have ripped off their sound for it to be original these days
