oh, please. time to quit worrying about being 'type-cast'. I know I'm one to be talking since I probably already am, but I'm just honestly not that concerned about it. I'm thinking it might just be a little bit of time waste when people are going to think what they want regardless. Just my useless opinion for the day. (:

Haha, I'm sure you have an excellent taste in music. We, and possibly yourself, just hasn't discovered it yet. Trust me, if you browse these boards for any reasonable amount of time, you will start getting into all kinds of stuff you never thought you would.

I'm not really worried about it, I like to think I have a pretty broad taste, as well as an open mind. I also don't really give a damn what people think, hence why I post in the Attack! Attack! thread, and don't dismiss them as **** without ever listening to them like everyone else does.

That's not what I meant, but since I know absolutely nothing about Attack Attack, I figured anyone else posting in this thread would be a better choice for deciding about matters involving it.

Haha, well for that you get credit. And you're right, I have a long list of music I know I like, but I'm still discovering. On second thought, I hope I don't ever stop discovering new music, in a sense. With the exception of a couple things. In the same way, I promise not to write off most things without ever giving them a listen. (:

Yeah I figured that's what you meant, but I'd say merge them. Like I said, I don't think the scope of discussion is broad enough to warrant 2 threads. I would recommend purging some of these last few off topic posts as well, at your discretion of course.

That's certainly a good philosophy to go by. You fit right in here at MB for sure.

Attack Attack! is nothing without Austin Carlile,
Of Mice & Men will also not be as good without him but i do believe they will have more success then Attack Attack!

I like how they are original though.

Yeah, like every other pop scene-core band out there.. Asking Alexandria doesn't sound anything remotely close to this? They've got nothing going for them, except for dull instruments and whiny vocals..

And people who mosh / moshed to this? Pfft, most can't.. I've watched them perform standing in line for Parkway Drive, let me tell you somethin' it was the most terrible pit I've seen of my entire life..You wanna talk about kids in skinny jeans flailing about like they have no Idea? Well yeah you get the picture.
