Check out a couple of videos, get a feel for the sound. Don't listen to absolutely everything, leave room to be surprised.

I did record an audio clip of the last minute and a half or so of a song, dunno if it came out well though... if it did I'll definitely upload.

only bad thing was, it was so ****ing loud I couldn't pick out JPJ's melody at ALL. And they wasted 40 minutes in the soundcheck tuning his 5 or so basses, because that's definitely a one-man job >_<

Saw them on Friday. Was AMAZING. John Paul Jones alone was worth the price of admission.
