I think rock should be censored...damn kids and their rock and roll music.

Kinda biased.... but Censored rap bothers me a whole lot more then rock considering usually with rock Ive heard them say other words that sound like one the 7 words instead of the actually word a good bit. BTW the radio and network TV suck.... Just stay away from it until they get the point.

Then again censorship is retarded on the radio... I mean one guy cant say the S word but The Ying Yang twins can skeet skeet everywhere :P

releasing a clean vs. uncut album is NOT censorship. it's marketing. there's a difference. if real censorship was actually happening there would be no alternate versions.

I never said it was a good thread. I just find that comment absurd. I love it when people throw out the race card just because someone either doesn't like or criticizes rap music.

it's not because it's against rap music it because they wanted to apply censorship to a predominantly non-white style while removing any element of censorship to a predominantly white style. what else do you call that?

you might also want to try reading an understanding the full comment before trolling next time too. i said they were bordering on racism with their initial comment. the door was still open to graciously remove their foot from their mouth, or they could use the youthful ignorance card by not remembering how close actual censorship came to happening in the late 80s. if they were only born in the 90s slack would be cut and knowledge would be dropped.
