I have never heard Muse on the radio, just a few movie trailers from time to time.

Uprising was overplayed as fuck. If The Bullet is British there lies the reason..

I'm an American pal, the only current british band american radio stations give a f*ck about is Coldplay.

On XFM (Indie/Alt type station) we have Arctic Monkeys, 2 of their songs get played a lot. Mumford & Sons Little Lion Man. Muse Uprising is overplayed as anything.. and I can't think of much else. Still, all beats Coldplay.

It might be overplayed here too for all I know. It's that it's been about twelve years or so since I listened to the radio with any kind of regularity.

I might be wrong with my assessment as well, but every time I put in the Radio I either hear Arctic Monkeys, Muse, Oasis (usually Half the World Away for some strange reason), Kasabian and Mumford & Sons. Can't recall putting XFM on and something else jumping out at me.

I should also add that I live in a city that, despite having 1.5 million people in it, has no modern rock station.

I've never even heard of Kasabian and Mumford & Son.

BBC6Music=Only radio station I give a crap about.

You've never heard of Kasabian?! Have you got your sarcastic hat on? If not then they're meant to be the "next Oasis." that pub rock, drunken singalong kind of sound, nothing exceptional but decent enough listen.

Mumford & Sons are a folk band from London. Their album is a little gem.

Like I said I'm generally not up on what's popular and what isn't. Looking at Kasabian on Wikipedia though, it looks like they're much more of a big deal in the UK than here. Their last album, which was #1 in the UK, only made it to #126 here. None of their albums have even gone gold in the US.
