As I said above:

And the funniest thing is, contrary to your bizarre objections, a lot of Dying Fetus lyrics are simply political and are not violent.

You're just being awkward. Eminem really isn't violent, his new albums are about his recovery from a drug addiction and the the one he did with Rihanna was about domestic abuse. He's just focusing on sensitive issues but isn't being political or violent about it.

I'm sorry but Dying Fetus being political is what causes the violence. Politics and religion cause trouble in the world. If they feel so strongly why not just go and join Hitler and his Nazi party?

I went to one of their shows last year. They were on stage with Cannibal Corpse, Evocation and Obscura. They were ok, but I thought that the best band were Evocation

I didn't say he was violent, I said his lyrics were violent. And they are. Is this really even up for debate?

Really now? Could you cite some examples of Dying Fetus causing "the violence"? And for that matter could you explain why you keep equating them with Nazis?

I've never even heard of Evocation. I'll have to check them out.

Scissorman 03-02-2011 12:51 PM

I created a thread about Evocation on here some time ago, but nobody showed interest

If you're saying his lyrics are violent then you're saying he's violent. They have extreme political views, extremists cause violence. The reference to the Nazis is they were extreme on Jewish people by killing six million of them. That's what I mean.

Er, no. Why on Earth do you think writing violent lyrics automatically makes someone a violent person? Do you think because Eminem has written lyrics about killing people that makes him really a murderer?

From what I can tell, Dying Fetus don't have particularly extreme political views. They write songs about about things like corrupt politicians and corporate greed. Pretty centrist stuff if you ask me.

I know what Nazis are, thanks. I'm asking why you're comparing Dying Fetus to them.

You've got be quite violent minded to write violent lyrics imo. No, of course I don't but to be fair he's been in prison, beaten a drug addiction etc... everyone knows he's a little mad.

So do you call "Save the Environment, shoot yourself in the head' not violent? lol

I'm comparing Dying Fetus to Nazi because they have extreme political views. Simple as.

Which song is that from? Or are you just making things up?

Regardless, I never claimed that Dying Fetus has never written a violent line their career so your comment is irrelevant.

And what extreme political views would those be? Give me some examples.

Save the enviroment shoot yourself in the head is a quote I got from a band Dystopia. I love how narrow minded you are. It is pretty comical.
