How can anyone really pick a best metal album of all time anyway? Metal has so many different styles and so many different moods, it's really comparing apples and oranges to choose between some of them.

True enough. Maybe a "best album of each sub-genre" might work out better.

The idea was suggested to the OP by myself, in that it should be done by sub-genres.
