This... actually sounds decent. I'm not kidding, either. Sort of a testament to how well written this song is. Honestly, you could have fart noises as vocals, and it'd sound just as amazing.

Look, I'm not saying Shatner's intentionally horrible spoken word isn't bad. I'm saying the song itself is so powerful it's not really all that hindered by it.
