W.a.s.p.
Anyone like them? They are a really good band! For those who don't them. |
In addition to the obvious, "I Wanna Be Somebody", I've got a soft spot in my heart for "The Flame" from their breakthrough album. I still throw it in rotation every now and then with "Sleeping in the Fire".

I grew up listening to W.A.S.P. Always loved there style and still listen to there albums to this day
|
not really a big fan but has always loved "Animal (F*** Like a Beast)"
|
I have almost all their early stuff. Including the infamous EP. They are terrific. Blackie was a good bassist as well as guitarist. Writer he is one of the best bar none.
|
got some more of their stuff
their albums "The Last Command", "The Headless Children" and "The Crimson Idol" all not bad |
Sleeping in the Fire is an excellent tune. I remember when I was moving some of my LP's and putting them in alphabetical order, and my mama came in. She saw the 12" single of Animal and about freaked.

I bought the 1st on record way over a year ago. Before that I got the best of CD. I really think they are very underrated, they're very aggresive, which I love.

I'm not a W.A.S.P. fan, but I (and many others, I'm sure) like the basic message of "I Wanna Be Somebody."
|
I've heard like... 5 songs of them? IDK
I like them. The first I ever heard of them is Animal **** Like a Beast because of the title. Lol. |

I recently starting listening to W.A.S.P. again after a lengthy lay off and had forgotten what good albums The Headless Children and The Last Command are. Really enjoyable. |

As for The Headless Children I haven't listened to that one in years. I understand it is largely considered their Master of Puppets, but the first two albums are good enough for me. |
