I was looking this up the very other day, they actually did nowt according to many sites and encartas very own encyclopedia. England did all the hard work, america took the applause (watch U-571) Hitler kills himself like the tash-ed baby he was, end of story.

well apart from providing us with a mass amount of weaponry, their navy, air force and a LOT of infantry, spose they didnt do much. we wouldnt of won without them, thats my opinion anyway.

Ah well the encyclopedia, the one full of facts - that one, must be wrong then hey. We would have one if one guy called clive was our entire army. British morale was better back then, people were actually willing to die for their country. That deserves a medal if ever i've seen a cause!

What a load of bull. How the hell Britain could have won the war on their own is beyond me, its just not possible... Like Stu said, we didnt have the forces to fight on our own, it just wouldnt have been feasible.
