Nirvana. One of the best bands of all time... pure raunchy angst and soul in their songs that you can't really find anywhere else.

Foo Fighters are good as well

Nirvana no question.

Rarely does Foo fighters impress me and lately they sound very commercial to me the last good song i heard from them was 'low' and i only liked it cause it sounds like queens of the stone age

On the other hand Nirvana is my sh*t! i can still listen to in utero and it sounds fresh to me i hate to say it but i prefer Dave grohl behind the drumset rather than being a front man

Nirvana, Foo Fighters sound is too polished. But on some occasions they can be nice for the ears

I really like Dave Grohl, but I grew up with Nirvana,
so I'll always choose my heroin addicted childhood hero.
Plus I like their music a million times better
