help! can someone tell me the name of this song?
 

I heard a song on the radio about a couple of weeks ago and I don't know the name or who plays it. It's been driving me crazy. Could someone please help me? It sounds like it might be nirvana or pearl jam or someone similar. The first part of the chorus goes "tiiiime will tell" or something like that. Then the last part of the chorus says" way too long,way too long,waaaay too loooong. Please help!
