The F-ups

They pretty damn underground but I saw their cd at best buy so that must mean people know about them.... do you????

Theyre ok. Not great, but not bad...

But then Ive only heard a few songs. So I cannae say Im an expert on them or anything..

Fenixpunk 06-21-2005 08:37 AM

the fuck you ups? or is there another band called the f-ups?

ArtistInTheAmbulance 06-21-2005 08:56 AM

^Different band. CHECK IT OUT I found the site... Not that it was too hard, but still..

Theyve got some mp3s on there if you wanna hear 'em too.

decent band, nothing new though. The production is nice and crisp but the music is just...well....been done several times over. They sound like they wanna be hard and fast but fall short. Every build up that i listened to tended to lead to more poppish choruses. Not what I would of liked, but im sure theyll get noticed by fans of this typical genre. I was hoping this would be a thread for the fuck you ups. Those guys are my boys, the drummer used to sing for my first band when i was in high school living in california. check them out... www.fuckyouups.com (youre gonna have to write the url yourself cuz of the censor) - good street rock with a punk attitude. ooh, i just hijacked this thread.

truly.....

the f-ups are definately not underground. i think you stop being an underground band when you play at warped tour and 50% of the people there are wearing shirts that say "im a F-UP"
