My favorite is progressive. It just seems like the most creative music that comes out of metal these days is prog, like Dream Theater(before they started to suck.)

I picked Goth Metal.
Had to go between Symphonic, Power, Death, Doom, Sludge, Prog, Trash, Heavy, etc.
I hope I chose a happy medium.

Pewter and silver are great metals, as is Gold.

Really getting into platinum and titanium lately, too...

Hard for me to say, since "goth metal" sounds nothing at all like "real goth" music, more like stereotypical bs. But a lot of the bands I like are "gothic" (I prefer to call them symphonic). due to the confusingness of it all I chose black metal.

Some of the genres in this poll confused me. What's "rap metal"? I've never heard any, but I could be wrong!

Rap-Metal isn't really metal. A quick lastfm scan comes up with ICP, RATM, Hollywood Undead, and Incubus, among other lesser known bands.
