Default Album Review Index for Pounding Decibels - A Hard and Heavy History

What it says in the title. Anyone who spends even a little time in the journal section knows about Unknown Soldier's journal. For anyone who has missed it, or is new to this site, Pounding Decibels is a thread in the journal section of the site that chronicles the history of hard rock/metal with a series of reviews for each of what he sees as the top ten albums of that year, starting with 1969. It's still going strong around the year 1982 as of this writing, and is set to continue as long as Unknown Soldier's fingers hold out. It's a comprehensive resource that anyone looking into the history of metal and should be your first stop on this site.

Unfortunately it's never had an index with links to each of the album reviews though. Given how big the thread has gotten over the years, this makes it rather difficult and time-consuming to navigate, so this deficiency is now being rectified...

P.S. I might be posting this thread, but all work on his journal is done by Unknown Soldier. All of it.

Let me know some of genre classifications that you don't agree with and I'll have a look.

Scorpions' Lovedrive totally deserves top 10. I also agree that Virgin was also worth a mention, but not top 10 material.
