No I don't agree with the list, in general I think a lot of people feel that Rolling Stone magazine has lost its credibility on making judgments on such matters.

Here's a good example as to why?

69 - Led Zeppelin 4
87 - The Wall

8 - London Calling
33 - Ramones

and the Ramones before the Sex Pistols? bollocks!

My point exactly , Rolling Stone has turned more concern with selling then actually given reasonable thought to their own opinions.
