How does it feel to be wrong yet again? "Scream of the Butterfly" is just so gloriously creepy. I've literally put this song on repeat for at least an hour many times and never gotten tired of it.

I really see this being a strong contender for metal AOTY. SSOS played hardcore punk and metalcore inspired sludge metal, but have gone full metal with the new album. It still is plentiful with heavy breakdowns, but in a totally sludged out way. This is fantastic and monstrous.

Half way through it now and this album fucking rips, great stuff so far.

This band seems to somehow top themselves with each release, even if the one before was already titanically amazing. One of the great metal bands of this age, and one of the best around at merging psychedelia and metal.

So I've been listening to Disturbed's new album "Immortalized". I've never been a big fan of Disturbed but this is a fantastic album.

Now I see why LiL left you.
