That depends what you feel about punk, I guess. The original vocalist really emphasizes the punk aspect of the album, and I guess he's a good vocalist if you get used to his style. I know nothing about punk, but he might even have been from a fairly well known band.
The Mustaine version makes it feel like some lost, mid 90's Megadeth album, so that's cool too.

I'm going with the Mustaine version, but I really need to hear the other version more, so...
But yeah, definitely listen to the original first. That's how it was originally conceived to sound.
