Leviathan make DSBM that even Batlord could get down with if he wasn't a lazy **** and checked out the 10th Sublevel of Suicide.

^ similar to Leviathan in that they would be much more acclaimed were they not hit with DSBM label. oh well, Scott is a weird ass dudes and makes some great tunes.

The lyrics would actually read as a surprisingly appropriate suicide note. "The cold never bothered me anyway" is particularly chilling.

YES! One of my favorite genres. I write in what little spare time I have and work best with depressive, melancholic static in the background.

Literally have heard this record 500+ times. A few groups I don't recognize in the thread, thanks guys!

Description I wrote for a blog a few years back:
