Doomsday clock is my favorite. Was listening to that the other day when my old man walked in and said "Ou hey! It's the Smashing Pumpkins!? Didn't know you kids still listen to them these days.."
Was kind of surprising, never knew he listened to metal :P.

Ouch. How old are you? Doomsday Clock is the only thing by Smashing Pumpkins you have heard? I feel bad for you...go pull up youtube and at least listen to their other hits or something. Doomsday Clock is sadly some of the worst music Billy Corgan has ever put out.

And Smashing Pumpkins are definitely not metal.

Naah. It's not the only thing I've heard from them. Just one of the few I like from them, not my cup of tea.

I've been listening to Adore so much lately. It's probably my favorite Smashing Pumpkins album. That or Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness. I don't care, I think both are brilliant.

Siamese Dream. <3 One of my favorite 90s albums.

Mellon Collie and Gish are good (despite MC having lots of filler), and the rest I just don't care about.

You know it's for the youngsters with a loosy concept but still it's great to listen "Bullet with Butterfly wings" by Billy Corgan.

Adore is great. Some of the best songwriting Billy has done. Some of my favorites off it are "For Martha," "Shame," "Blank Page," and "Behold! The Nightmare." I also love "Annie-Dog," I don't understand all of the hate that song gets.

The long version of Drown is the Pumpkins crowning achievement IMHO.

Billy Corgan is a fan hating tool though.

Pity though, that the whole album was let down by the use of drum machines and studio drummers.
