Unknown or Obscure Muse Performance

Yesterday, I was watching a watchmojo.com video (The History of Muse), when I saw a clip of a performance of Muscle Museum. I did a bit of searching, and I found the video that they had used, but not the original performance: youtu.be/16_2HBaeFXk

I did a reverse image search on google with a total of four images of that same performance, but they led me to no helpful results. Here are they:

I am guessing the year is either 1998 or 1999. Does anybody know what this performance is from?

Though it looks like maybe they took a clip from them playing that festival, but maybe not that exact song for the video.. here is the whole performance, sure you can find the exact moments throughout
